1 Agreement to Terms

Carl's Trees of NWA, LLC is a tree service company that provides tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and storm cleanup directly to property owners in Rogers, Arkansas and the surrounding Northwest Arkansas area. Our services include:

• Evaluating jobs and providing no-obligation, upfront service estimates;
• Performing tree removal, trimming, pruning, and stump grinding;
• Responding to storm damage and emergency tree situations;
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, and SMS text messages.

All service estimates are subject to confirmation of site conditions upon arrival. No job is scheduled until the estimate is accepted by the customer. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage or financial services provider.

3 SMS & Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number on any form on our website, you expressly consent to receive autodialed or manually dialed text messages (SMS) from Carl's Trees of NWA, LLC. These Terms govern your participation in our SMS messaging program.

3.1   Consent & Opt-In

By submitting your phone number through any form on our website, you provide express written consent to receive text messages. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service.

3.2   Opting Out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any text from us to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and then receive no further SMS from us. To re-subscribe, reply START or re-submit your information on our website.

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS sent and received. Contact your mobile carrier for rate details. Carl's Trees of NWA, LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

We will not sell, share, or disclose your mobile phone number to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used solely for communications related to your service inquiry with us.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Benton County, Arkansas. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
